Le Refuge is an immersive work that questions our relationship with time and the uncertainty of the contemporary world. At the crossroads of art, philosophy and poetry, this project offers a suspended space, an enclave of serenity in the midst of the rush of reality. It offers visitors a sensory and introspective experience, a moment of pause where past, present and future interact. It’s not just a shelter, but a place where our fears, our hopes and our need for appeasement take shape. In a world haunted by urgency and fragmentation, Le Refuge stands as an act of gentle resistance: relearning to inhabit time. Combining installation, performance and writing, the work invites us all to redefine what it means to “take shelter”. Supporting Le Refuge means defending the need for sensitive places where human beings can find their place, face to face with themselves and the unknown.
