A student jury watched the videos and awarded the Clermont Auvergne University \/ VIDEOFORMES 2025 Student Jury Prize.<br \/>The jury &#8211; made up of Charles Fredon, Yanis Da Silva and Julien Csak &#8211; was also invited to draw up a \u2018Coup de c\u0153ur\u2019 programme of artists&#8217; videos entitled \u201cRegards Hybrides\u201d. Using photorealistic paintings of everyday foods, like fruits and vegetables, the film critiques the exaggerated nature of the art market. In a world driven by capitalism, the project highlights the irony of fulfilling basic needs. The images were filmed in Nantes between March and November 2023, a period of demonstrations against the French pension reform.
